Why the Canadian grocery chain is building an ocean-facing tower in Victoria

A new $1.4-billion project by Canadian supermarket chain Dillard’s will add a new ocean-view view at its flagship store in Victoria, Canada.

The $1 billion project will see the company build a building that will be able to house the stores new ocean view in an outdoor deck that is designed to mimic the views from the top of the Grand Canyon in Arizona.

The project will allow Dillard to provide more retail space to its customers in the city and at a lower cost than if the stores building were in a building with an outdoor roof, according to the company.

The new deck will allow for more natural light and allow for the addition of a restaurant and a grocery store.

Dillard’s has said it is also exploring a similar project at its other Canadian store in Burnaby, British Columbia.

The new ocean building at Dillard has been a priority for the company since the company purchased the property in 2012.

At the time, the company said the building would be used for a new food hall, retail space and a new dining room.

But in the meantime, the Dillard building will continue to house stores with a rooftop.

A spokeswoman for Dillard said the company had been discussing the project with the city.
